The new logotype's letter 'A' created a service ID that bolstered the clients scientific approach.
The brand identity for the San Diego Cannabis start up, Clip Labs. We revised the existing logo to better reflect the client's mission, to use the finest science to deliver the world's finest cannabis. Clip Labs achieves their mission through rigorous cannabis testing and analysis. We decided to removed most of the marijuana leaf imagery and iconography from the mark and materials, unless it was contextual to the story that we were telling. The new mark, brand language and imagery all shifted the brand from High Times magazine, to a science-driven business.
