Agents also have access to online marketing tools, including personalized emails and flyers, downloadable logos and images, and specially designed marketing templates. We also designed the Oceania sales Specialist Academy, a professionally-narrated web-based training program to certify agents as a Oceania Cruises Sales Specialists, with access to valuable rewards and incentives.
